By accessing and using Weekly Intel ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Weekly Intel provides automated business intelligence reports based on keyword monitoring. The Service includes:
- Keyword and topic monitoring
- Automated report generation
- Email delivery of reports
- Dashboard access for report management
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is based on usage:
- $9 per keyword, per report
- First 30 recipients per report are free
- $0.50 per additional recipient
Payment is processed through Polar.sh. By using our Service, you agree to Polar.sh's terms and conditions.
5. Usage Limits and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service, including reports, remains the property of Weekly Intel. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information in reports is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. You should verify important information independently.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
Weekly Intel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.

13. Affiliate Program Terms
The following terms apply specifically to participants in the Weekly Intel Affiliate Program.
- Eligibility: To participate in our affiliate program, you must agree to these terms. If you are registering from Sweden, you must provide a valid organization number (organisationsnummer) as we only permit businesses to act as affiliates in Sweden. Affiliates from other countries may register as individuals.
- Consent to IP Lookup: By agreeing to these terms, you grant us consent to perform a one-time check of your IP address at the time of registration. This is solely for the purpose of determining your country to ensure compliance with our registration requirements.
- Data Collection: We will collect and store information necessary for the program, including your name, email address, country, and organization number (if applicable). This data is stored as part of our business records.
- Tax and Accounting: You are solely responsible for your own tax and accounting obligations on any commissions earned. All payouts are made without VAT or other tax deductions.
- Payouts: Payouts are processed via Revolut Business. You must have a valid Revolut account associated with your registered email address to receive payments.
